In the previous months, we have received multiple requests to add deep-dive reporting to My Rewards, especially from our multi-location merchants. To make sure we not only satisfy, but exceed the expectations of our merchants, we decided to team up with the best in the Reporting and Analytics field, Analytics app for Clover.

Note: To get advantage of our integration, you need to be using both My Rewards and Analytics

Thanks to our integration, Clover merchants who use My Rewards and Analytics together have access to granular data within the Analytics app, such as:

  • Number of orders done by My Rewards users
  • All reward dollars earned by customers
  • All reward dollars redeemed by customers
  • TOP 5 customers based on the number of orders they made, amount of their reward dollars spent, reward dollars earned and customers with biggest reward balance
